    If the property you owned or your address as of January 1, 2019 listed on the assessment sheet you received with your tax bill is correct and there are no changes, scroll to the bottom and add your electronic signature. If you have added or removed property or have a change of address as of January 1, 2019, please list your changes in the form below and electronically sign.
