ARPA Needs Assessment Form

The Cole County ARPA Advisory Committee is now accepting ARPA Needs Assessment Form submissions from the following organizational categories:  Non-Profit, Small Business, Health Care and Political Subdivisions.  We are currently not accepting requests from individuals. Please review the list of categories below to see if your request may qualify for potential funding. 

If your funding request falls into one of the categories listed below and you qualify under one of the listed organizational categories, you are eligible to fill out the ARPA Needs Assessment Form and submit it for review.  

The initial round of requests will be accepted for 30 days.  The deadline for the first round is April 8, 2022.
