WILDWOOD DRIVE EXTENSION
COLE COUNTY PROJECT NO. 2023-701-1
Located from Wildwood Drive and West Edgewood Drive to Frog Hollow Road and Rock Ridge Road in Sec 16, T44N, R12W in Cole County, Missouri WILL be received and opened publicly at the office of Cole County Commission, Courthouse Annex, Room 200, 311 East High Street, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101 at 9:00 A.M. on Friday, January 17, 2025. Any and all bids received after the time specified above will be returned unopened.
The proposed work consists of grading, excavating, roadways and roundabout, drainage structures, sanitary sewer, utilities, retaining wall, lighting, erosion control, seeding and mulching, and other miscellaneous work necessary to construct approximately 4,700 feet of new road extension and roundabout in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday January 7, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Cole County Fire Protection District Administration Building, 5206 Monticello Rd, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109. All bidders are urged to attend.
BID SECURITY: A certified check on a solvent bank or a bid bond by a satisfactory surety in an amount to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid must accompany each proposal.
WAGE RATES: All wages paid for work under this contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri, Section 290.210 through 290.340, RSMo. 1986.
WORKER ELIGIBILITY: Execution of the construction contract for this project is dependent upon the awarded bidder providing an E-Verify Memorandum-of-Understanding (MOU) between the bidder and Department of Homeland Security to the Contracting Authority as required by section 285.530 RSMo.
