2026 CHIP SEAL PROGRAM Project No. 2026-502-1 

WILL be received and opened publicly at the office of Cole County Commission, Courthouse Annex, Room 200, 311 East High Street, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101 at 9:00 A.M. on Friday, April 24, 2026.

 Any and all bids received after the time specified above will be returned unopened. 

The proposed work includes placing a chip seal surface on existing chip seal and asphalt roads throughout the County.

 Plans and specifications may be viewed and downloaded online in the bids section at www.colecounty.org. A hard copy of the plans and specifications will not be provided. All contractors wishing to bid on this project shall submit the plan holder contact information form found in the specifications to prior to the bid opening. 

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine the lowest and best bid and to approve the bond. E.O.E.
