The proposed work consists of removals, grading, excavating, one inlet, one pipe and miscellaneous work on Sharon Drive.

All contractors wishing to bid on this project shall obtain an official copy of the plans and specifications at the office of the Cole County Department of Public Works, 5055 Monticello Road, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109-9182, (573) 636-3614.  A payment of $25.00 per set of complete plans and specifications will be charged for printing and is not refundable.  All checks or money orders for plans and specifications for shall be made payable to Cole County Road & Bridge Fund.

There will be no pre-bid conference.  All bidders are encouraged to visit the project site and contact the public works department with questions.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine the lowest and best bid and to approve the bond.  E.O.E.
