The proposed work consists of excavation and grading, existing pavement and driveway removal, aggregate base, new optional concrete or asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, concrete driveway approach, concrete and asphalt driveways, stormwater pipes and inlets, manhole adjustment, seeding and mulching and erosion control on Randall Drive. 

All contractors wishing to bid on this project shall obtain an official copy of the plans and specifications at the office of the Cole County Department of Public Works, 5055 Monticello Road, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109-9182, (573) 636-3614.  A payment of $25.00 per set of complete plans and specifications will be charged for printing and is not refundable.  All checks or money orders for plans and specifications for shall be made payable to Cole County Road & Bridge Fund. 

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at 9:00 A.M. at the Cole County Fire Protection District “Training & Administration Building” located at 5206 Monticello Road, Jefferson City, MO 65109.  All bidders are urged to attend. 

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine the lowest and best bid and to approve the bond.  E.O.E.
