We are open Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You may reach us by telephone during those business hours at 573-634-9124. We also maintain a 24 hour drop box for payment of taxes outside the front entrance of the Courthouse Annex Building facing High Street.

Collector's Duty


The Cole County Collector of Revenue is responsible for collecting current and delinquent property taxes for the county and the various political subdivisions within the county which have an authorized property tax levy.  The collector’s office is responsible for the collections and disbursement of over 94 million dollars in tax revenues.
